Our Program Offerings
At Pillar Performance & Fitness, training starts with understanding where you are today — and where you want to go. Through objective assessments and personalized programming, we meet you at any stage of life or performance level to help you move better, get stronger, and reach your goals with purpose.
Functional Assessments
All private and semi-private clients begin with a comprehensive, medically informed functional assessment to evaluate movement quality, strength, mobility, and overall health history, including past injuries or conditions.

This assessment allows us to design a safe, individualized, and outcome-driven program tailored to your needs—whether you are recovering fromfff injury, aiming to reduce injury risk, enhancing athletic performance, improving strength and balance, or working toward better overall fitness and health.

For clients recovering from injury, our programs are designed to safely bridge the transition from rehabilitation to full activity and performance. For others, this same structured approach supports long-term injury prevention, improved function, and measurable progress across all fitness levels.

This may look like 1-2 sessions per week, including home exercise program, OR work out independently with monthly check-ins.
At Pillar, we are committed to creating a safe bridge as you transition from physical therapy to an active lifestyle. We fill the gap between healthcare and fitness—handling injury rehabilitation and high-level performance outcome-based programs.

Not Your Average Performance Enhancement Training
Performance enhancement is intended to improve the individual’s athletic abilities through a combination of speed, agility, quickness, and power. Many sport’s enhancement camps are modeled on a high volume, standardized program under ‘supervision.' At Pillar, we base our training on a scientific approach.
We analyze the individual’s body mechanics in order to improve athletic outcomes and reduce risk of injury when in season. We limit our groups to an effective coach to athlete ratio, which allows for more individualized training to focus on running form, exercise technique, and to maximize outcomes. Our focus on form and attention to detail gives our athletes the basis they need to grow from the inside out, building the foundation to become the best version of themselves.
